Roleplay Section Rules
Yes, yes. We know. Rules? On the internet? But it should be a free world! (or whatever you want to call it.) But we have to appease the omgforum Gods and make sure we don't do anything to make them shut us down. It's a lovely little community after all.
And most importantly... Have fun!
Rules for Roleplay section are as follows.
- No porn images
- No gore images
- Post Roleplay ideas, create Roleplaying groups, search for Roleplay partners.
- Creating and participating in forum Roleplay is encouraged.
- Try not to fight over posting orders.

Re: Roleplay Section Rules
A few additions:
- When posting an idea for an RP, and especially when discussing settings, 'required/core characters', or events that may set a theme for the idea, we would encourage you to provide some visual stimulation to go along with all those words. What set you on the path of this idea, if anything? Whatever got your brain goin' just might help get someone else's brain goin', too, you know? This shouldn't mean that anyone interested in taking up a 'required/core character' is limited to using a picture you've provided, but that anything provided should merely be a starting point or an example of what is desired for the part, position, or place...
- Try not to fight over characters or positions. Things may work in a 'first come, first serve' fashion, but that doesn't mean anyone has to be a bitch about it... If at all possible, talk it out and come to some understanding or agreement about these sorts of things, rather than resorting to name-calling and finger-pointing...
And, a warning:
- If any rules are broken, you may find yourself Gestapo'd. If you don't know what being Gestapo'd is like, then you're lucky; try to keep it that way. The Gestapo were some baaad guys, and they did some baaad things. Fuck up, and the local unit will come after you. Of course, someone will likely warn you and discuss the issue at length with you, before you get Gestapo'd...unless the offense is severe enough.
